Superior inner wall construction:

• Fully welded seams (never cheap lock seams or overlap weld)!
• The longest joint overlap in the industry (2.2”), providing maximum strength and protection.
• The thickest inner wall material offered (0.020”), +20% more than competitors consistent with industrial performance!
CCC utilizes a double-wall construction with air insulation between walls, which provides several benefits:
• Significantly reduced clearance to combustibles. 5” in comparison to 6” clearance for other products on the market or 18” for single-wall connector pipe.
• Enhances draft by maintaining higher flue-gas temperatures through the chimney system.
• Reduces outer surface temperatures.
• Reduces moisture and creosote build-up.
CCC’s pipe construction allows unmatched installation flexibility, the only UL listed system with all pipes capable of being cut to length (if needed). In addition, adjustable telescopic pipe kits are available to cover the majority of adjustability requirements without any cutting needed.
Joints secured with included self-drilling screws through pre-cut pilot holes for easy assembly.
